What we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, and how we look after it.

This website is operated by Lorett's Remodeling & Construction (Lorett's Investments), a family-owned remodeling and construction company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. When this policy says "we" or "us," it means Lorett's.
When you request an estimate, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, the services you're interested in, your estimated budget, and your message. We use it only to respond to you, prepare your estimate, and follow up about your project.
Like most websites, ours records some technical details when you visit or submit a form:
We use a call tracking service, WhatConverts, so we can tell which pages and advertising lead people to contact us. The phone numbers on our website may be tracking numbers that forward to our regular line.
When you call or text one of these numbers, we receive:
Calls to these numbers may be recorded so we can keep accurate notes about your project and improve our service.
We use this information to respond to you, follow up about your project, and understand which of our marketing is working. We only text you in reply to a message or request from you. We don't send marketing texts.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though the estimate form may need reCAPTCHA to be allowed.
We don't sell or rent your information. Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through our email provider, and stored securely on our web server so a request is never lost. Calls, texts, and form requests are also logged by our call tracking provider (WhatConverts), and text messages are passed to our team through an automation service (Zapier). These companies handle the information only to provide those services to us. We only share details with others when it's needed to do your job (for example, a supplier ordering materials for your project), or when the law requires it.
We keep estimate requests, call and text records, call recordings, and related records for as long as they're useful for serving you and for our normal business records, then delete them.

Our website is meant for adults planning home projects. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
